Administrative and Operations Manager
Alisa Luguterah is an entrepreneur, leader, and changemaker. She is the founder of Glory Glow, a shea-butter brand empowering local producers in Ghana, and currently serves as Operations Manager for The Strategic Edge (TSE), supporting program execution and participant growth. Though having studied Biological Sciences at KNUST, Alisa is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and community impact. She has also completed the ALX AI Career Essentials and Virtual Assistant programs, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. Driven by faith and purpose, Alisa seeks to inspire others while building meaningful solutions and creating lasting impact.
Web Developer
Richeal Manu is a BSc Computer Science student with a strong passion for innovation and emerging technologies. With a growing interest in smart systems and intelligent solutions,she is committed to building tools that shape the future. Beyond tech, Richeal is also deeply interested in public speaking and communication, and holds a CECR (A1) certification in French. Driven, curious, and forward-thinking, she consistently seeks opportunities to learn, create, and make meaningful impact.
Designer
Roselyn Tanowaa Tanor is a Media and Communication Studies graduate from KNUST and an alumnus of The Strategic Edge (TSE). She combines creativity and communication to craft visuals that are both engaging and purposeful.
As TSE's designer, she helps shape the program's visual identity across digital platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and creativity in all communications. Her background in media and communication allows her to merge design with message strategy for effective and impactful output.
She is continuously growing her skills in branding and communication.
Assistant Social Media Manager
Karen Lartey is currently pursuing a degree in Media and Communication Studies while actively building her voice in the digital space. As an alumnus of The Strategic Edge (TSE), she carries forward the program's values of intentional growth, creativity, and impact.
In her role as Social Media Manager for TSE, she leads the brand's online storytelling—developing content that is thoughtful, engaging, and aligned with the program's mission. She focuses on creating a strong and relatable digital presence that not only informs but connects with people on a deeper level.
Karen has a growing interest in branding, content creation, and strategic communication. She is constantly refining her ability to merge creativity with purpose, using media as a tool to inspire, communicate, and build meaningful engagement.
Head of Social Media
Erica Amankwaa Boateng holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and is passionate about the power of literature to educate and inspire. As a public speaker, she enjoys sharing ideas on national issues and engaging in meaningful conversations that drive positive change.
As Head of Social Media for The Strategic Edge Program, Erica uses meaningful engagement to connect with diverse audiences and amplify impactful conversations.
Currently building a career in early years education, Erica is dedicated to understanding the lasting impact of quality early childhood experiences. She is committed to personal growth and enjoys supporting others in their journey toward achieving their full potential.
