The Strategic Edge Mentorship Program is a 6-week intensive growth journey organised by Coach James Kojo Boadu. It is designed to equip individuals with the mindset, tools, and leadership skills needed to thrive in today's world. Through 6 power-packed sessions, participants are guided, challenged, empowered, and led to discover clarity, unlock potential, and position themselves as impactful leaders and individuals in their communities and careers. This mentorship goes beyond theory; it combines practical teachings, group discussions, interactive check-ins, assignments, and exclusive resources to ensure that participants don't just learn, but take action.
Participants don't just walk away with knowledge, they leave with templates, tools, practical skills, and renewed confidence to take charge of their lives. By the end of the program, Coach James will help his mentees to know the secrets of being a Christlike model, a change leader, and have the courage to act on their dreams with clarity and purpose.
We aim to raise 150+ mentees and mentors by 2030, empower youth to craft a clear path for their lives, and nurture Christlike models who inspire positive change.
Our mission is to mentor people to become mentors, raising Christlike models who boldly play roles worthy of emulation, and equipping individuals with the right mindset for success in this generation.
