What's a Catalyst?
Every person who joins The Strategic Edge isn't just a student — they're a Catalyst. Someone chosen to grow, lead, and create change in their sphere of influence. During the program, Fellows are immersed in 6 transformative sessions, real-world challenges, and a tight-knit community of driven young leaders.
After graduating, they join our ever-growing alumni network — carrying the Strategic Edge with them into every space they occupy.
